Most of these settings are pretty self explanatory, but a couple depend on hardware that may or may not be installed in your system. If you do not have a Voodoo or nVideo card you do not need these special tabs to appear in TweakAll. You decide just which tabs you are going to use and uncheck the others. This page also puts some important programs just a click away from running with the TweakTray so you don't have to go through your menu to start them, and don't have to add shortcuts to your desk top for them.
