This tab depends on how much system memory you actually have to use on your system. I have found that Windows and the programs that run on my system utilize only about 54 megs of ram once they are all loaded and the system is sitting idle. I have 128 megs of ram and I free up 64 megs so it is available to any programs I want to run. On a system with more ram the options may be increased on this page in the program. How much you choose to free will depend on how many programs you have automatically starting with Windows at boot up.
